Job summary

A&O Shearman in London or Belfast seeks a Senior AI Engineer (Manager) to lead the AI Platform strategy, design, and implementation across the firm. You will manage a team of IT professionals and coordinate with external providers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive ML/AI experience with end-to-end lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in enterprise architecture and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and lead design/implementation of AI/ML use cases.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Oversee model development, validation, deployment and integration.
• Lead relationships with fee earners and business teams.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture & Technology Platforms leadership.
• Ensure scalable architecture and alignment with best practices.
