Qualifications

• Experience in ML, DL and AI model development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R or C#.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experience with AI code-writing assistants with proper controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proven project and program management capabilities.
• Experience leading large global teams.
• Desirable but not essential: experience in the legal or professional services sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of AI/ML use cases across the firm.
• Mentor AI Engineering team and coordinate external providers.
• Oversee full AI lifecycle: development, validation, deployment, integration.
• Maintain relationships with fee earners and business teams to drive technical strategy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture & Technology Platforms leadership to define tech strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and assess business value of AI solutions.
• Ensure scalable architecture and alignment with best practices.
