Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to drive cloud operating model transformations. You will design target cloud operating models, define service management frameworks, and lead initiatives across automation-first and AI-ready programs.

The role blends technology, service management, and organisational change to deliver tangible business outcomes. You will work on GenAI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation while contributing to innovation across client

Qualifications

• ITIL V4 and/or V5 knowledge with automation/AI-enabled tooling.
• GenAI tooling familiarity and integration with cloud operating models and ITSM workflows.
• Interest in agentic AI patterns and autonomous agents impacting IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on operational and organisational impacts of cloud transformation.
• Assess and audit cloud operating models for standardisation and automation.
• Design future-state operating models, service management processes, and governance structures.
