Job summary

Fin is hiring Senior+ AI Infrastructure Engineers to build and scale training pipelines and inference services for its next generation AI products. You’ll work with GPU-optimized systems and collaborate with ML scientists to push the boundaries of performance and reliability.

The role focuses on training and inference at scale, involves mentoring, and contributes to the overall health and hacking of the AI platform. Hybrid work and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with model training, model inference at scale, or low-level GPU work.

Responsibilities

• Implement and scale training pipelines for large transformer and LLM models.
• Build and optimize inference services with low latency and high reliability.
• Work on GPU-level performance, tuning kernels and identifying bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to bring cutting-edge methods to production.
• Mentor other engineers and raise technical standards across the platform.
