Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring an Engineering Manager for the AI Models Infrastructure Team. This highly technical EM role leads expert engineers in a fast-evolving domain to empower AI capabilities across Fin’s platform.

You will collaborate with ML Scientists and Engineers to plan roadmaps, remove impediments, and drive delivery while growing the team and its scope in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technically strong teams.
• Experience leading infra or platform teams.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team building the platform and infrastructure powering Fin's AI capabilities.
• Magnify the team’s effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating progress.
• Support teams of ML Scientists and Engineers building AI powered capabilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact roadmaps in partnership with senior engineers.
• Empower engineers to act with agency and maximize impact.
• Expand scope over time to own additional platform domains as AI initiatives grow.
