MI6 in Central London seeks a Senior Engineering Manager (AI) to lead AI-focused engineering teams, shaping the adoption of AI and ML Ops in high-security environments. You will review emerging AI technologies, advise senior stakeholders, and drive responsible, ethical engineering practices.

You will work closely with Product and delivery leaders to define strategy, foster talent, and ensure secure, high-quality systems while maintaining a hands-on engineering background and a leadership track

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-focused engineering teams and delivering secure software.
• Strong track record in engineering leadership and talent development.
• Experience evaluating AI technologies and guiding decisions in senior forums.
