Job summary

Myn is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead AI product initiatives in the UK, owning end-to-end delivery, guiding architecture and strategy, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Work closely with product managers and senior stakeholders to integrate research into agile delivery, manage performance and hiring, and ensure security vetting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management and line-managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML engineering teams and integrating research-oriented work into agile delivery processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Vetting (SC) level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions for AI products.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, balancing strategy with hands-on contribution.
