Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Senior AI & ML Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions. You will shape technical strategy and drive production-grade AI across client engagements.

You will lead, mentor and collaborate with engineers, focusing on scalable pipelines, model deployment and governance in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI.
• Strong Python and PyTorch proficiency.
• Expertise with LLMs and transformer architectures.
• Experience deploying RAG solutions and AI agents.
• Cloud experience, especially GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes and modern MLOps tooling.
• Track record of taking AI solutions to production at scale.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading design and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI/ML/RAG-based solutions.
• Build and deploy production-grade models with Python, PyTorch, transformers.
• Design scalable MLOps pipelines, CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Develop model serving using cloud-native and containerized setups.
• Create reusable AI tooling and frameworks to accelerate adoption.
• Drive model monitoring, drift detection, testing and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver value.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Support strategy, R&D and innovation initiatives.
