Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to own the AI platform infrastructure powering production ML services. You’ll build orchestration pipelines with Dagster/Airflow, deploy workloads on Kubernetes, and develop tooling in Python.

Role focuses on Terraform automation, robust monitoring, and scaling ML/LLM/text analytics workloads in a hybrid London setting. Strong cloud and ML ops experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating ML platforms and AI services.
• Ability to build and maintain orchestration pipelines.
• Proven track record deploying scalable workloads on cloud infra.
• Strong scripting and platform tooling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform infrastructure powering production ML services.
• Build orchestration pipelines using Dagster, Airflow or similar tools.
• Deploy workloads with Kubernetes and cloud-native infra.
• Develop platform tooling in Python.
• Implement Terraform infrastructure and automation.
• Establish monitoring, observability and reliability standards.
• Support deployment and scaling of ML, LLM and text analytics apps.
