Uncountable is hiring an Implementation Program Manager to own customer implementations from scoping through go-live, collaborating with account managers, SI partners, and AI agents. You will define timelines, drive multi-phase delivery, and ensure on-time completion across enterprise accounts.

You have 3+ years leading software or lab rollouts, a scientific background, and a record of managing complex projects with clear communications and executive visibility.

• Scientific grounding to scope R&D workflows and work with PhD-level researchers.
• Project discipline with multi-project status, risks, scope, and sign-offs.

Mansioni

• Own the implementation from scoping to go-live for each account.
• Run status meetings, manage stage gates, and keep written status updates.
• Plan on-sites/workshops, including agenda, logistics, and attendee lists.
• Spot scope creep and raise change requests with justification.
• Scope integrations with IT/business teams and write actionable tickets.
• Coordinate enterprise integrations (ERP and other systems).
• Lead the delivery team on accounts and drive AI-enabled configuration.
• Partner with Account Manager to align progress and future phases.
