• 7+ years leading complex enterprise technology deployments.
• Track record delivering from scope to adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude for AI systems, APIs, and security risks.
• Ability to translate priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Judgment under ambiguity and risk identification.
• Experience building trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent executive and customer-facing communication.
• Understanding of deployment, adoption, and consumption value.
• Practical approach to repeatable delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of priority AI initiatives from scoping to deployment, launch, and initial adoption.
• Build and drive an integrated delivery plan across customer, OpenAI, and partner teams.
• Resolve blockers, identify risks, and drive decisions to keep delivery moving.
• Lead launch readiness and enablement planning to close readiness gaps.
• Define expected outcomes and measurement approaches with customers and account teams; track adoption and value.
• Provide a clear view of delivery health and communicate progress, risks, and implications.
• Turn customer experience into repeatable playbooks and actionable feedback for product and delivery teams.
