Job summary

Raydar is seeking an Implementation Program Manager to lead software deployment programs from scoping through go-live. You will coordinate customer executives and in-house delivery teams, manage schedules and integration work, and collaborate with customer IT on enterprise connections.

The role leverages automated, AI-assisted tooling to streamline rollouts. The position requires a university qualification in physical or life sciences or chemical engineering, plus experience managing

Qualifications

University qualification in physical or life science, chemical engineering or related discipline.
Track record of driving full-cycle deployments of scientific data software.
Experience mapping connections to ERP or other corporate platforms.
Oversight of technology programs spanning multiple locations or geographies.
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

Act as the go-to liaison for customer executives and in-house delivery staff across each rollout.
Track schedules, scope and integration work from first scoping to go-live.
Work with customer IT departments on system connections and enterprise links.
Apply automated, AI-assisted tooling to keep rollouts moving to plan.
