The role requires an advanced life sciences degree, strong AI understanding, and a proven ability to lead complex, global initiatives with executive stakeholders. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in life sciences enabling engagement with researchers and experts across R&D.
• Strategic mindset to bring structure to ambiguity and align initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic AI and digital priorities into execution across R&D from discovery to clinical development.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across R&D, including external collaborations.
• Provide strategic guidance to align scientific objectives with technology capabilities and business priorities.
• Act as a bridge between scientific, technical and business perspectives to support decision-making.
• Build alignment among senior stakeholders and drive initiatives to successful delivery in a global matrix.
