Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operability
• Proficiency in Python and other languages (Java/TypeScript/SQL)
• Experience building & consuming APIs and event-driven services in cloud
• Experience with Spark and large structured datasets
• Experience with LLM-based app development and tools
• Knowledge of responsible AI in engineering workflows
• Experience with CI/CD, resilience, and security
• Cloud-native experience (AWS preferred), including containers & Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions for agent components and orchestration logic
• Build MCP servers for secure CRM, supplier data access
• Develop production-grade Python code and review others' code
• Build data pipelines on Databricks for model training
• Contribute to MLOps path for training, tests, and model promotion
• Write evaluations for agent behaviour and instrument services
• Apply AI-assisted tools and validate outputs for quality
• Automate remediation to improve stability of agents and models
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, respectful team culture
