Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead to reinvent Internal Audit through data and AI products. You will own the product strategy, design scalable analytics, and drive adoption of AI-driven assurance across a global, cross-functional team.

You don’t need an audit background; a strong data science and analytics engineering foundation, plus a product owner mindset, will help you redefine how assurance is delivered at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in data science and analytics engineering.
• Experience with modern technology stacks.
• Ability to think like a product owner and influence without authority.
• Ability to translate data science into business risk context and controls.

Responsibilities

• Champion a product owner mindset across Internal Audit, enabling technology-enabled, repeatable assurance.
• Drive a culture of innovation and translate concepts into practical solutions.
• Define the product roadmap with the audit team and identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Design data-driven test strategies and translate control objectives into scalable analytics.
• Build, deploy and maintain scalable AI and automation solutions, advocating their adoption.
• Foster a data-led view of risk through data science and monitor key data sets.
