Job summary

Aviva seeks an AI/ML Associate to support data-led insight within Internal Audit. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand business problems, explore analytical approaches, and help develop solutions that uncover risks and improve decision-making.

This entry-level role involves hands-on data work from day one using Python and SQL to analyse datasets and build simple solutions, with awareness of AI techniques and a strong interest in growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or another programming language (Python preferred).
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with web app development using Dash, Streamlit, or Shiny.
• Awareness of modern AI/data techniques (NLP, RAG, text-to-SQL) and willingness to learn.
