Monzo is seeking a Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead to reinvent Internal Audit at Monzo. You’ll be a technical builder with a product ownership mindset, delivering AI-led, scalable assurance products at scale.

You’ll work across teams to define the product roadmap, design data-driven test strategies, and deploy analytics to drive risk-based insights. This role supports London/Cardiff/UK Remote options.

Qualifications

• No audit background required; technical builder with product-owner mindset.
• Experience building AI-led data products and scalable assurance solutions.
• Ability to translate business risk into measurable analytics and tests.

Responsibilities

• Champion a product owner mindset across Internal Audit to deliver technology-enabled assurance.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-enabled audit solutions.
• Design data-driven test strategies and translate controls into scalable tests and metrics.
• Build, deploy and maintain scalable AI and automation solutions; drive adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Monzo to leverage broader tech developments.
• Upskill the Internal Audit function on data and AI usage.
