Job summary

Ives Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Senior AI Developer & Change Lead. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end AI development, driving change programmes, and guiding AI-enabled process improvements across the business.

The successful candidate will design and build AI-enabled applications, lead change management, training, adoption activities and provide technical guidance to ensure seamless integration with current systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering software projects end to end.
• Practical experience of building with AI development tooling and coding assistants, with the judgement to review, correct and take responsibility for AI-generated code and outputs.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong process engineering and business analysis capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring more junior members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation-wide AI implementation programme from concept to adoption.
• Design, develop and integrate AI-enabled solutions with existing systems.
• Drive change management, training and stakeholder adoption across the business.
• Define testing, acceptance criteria and ensure standards are met across projects.
• Provide technical guidance to the IT team and ensure smooth integration.
