Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex workstreams within the CLIENT AI Programme.
• Maintain momentum and delivery focus across high-risk, high-ambiguity environments.
• Exercise sound judgement and autonomy in delivery decisions, including prioritisation and escalation.
• Influence senior and executive stakeholders, resolving tensions and driving alignment.
• Assess complex delivery challenges and develop effective, proportionate solutions.
• Manage delivery risk at scale and across dependencies.
• Provide clear reporting to senior governance forums.
• Lead and develop teams through coaching and performance management.
• Apply governance frameworks proportionately to complex contexts.
• Own budgets, forecasting and value-for-money considerations.
