Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deliver production-ready AI workflows across the enterprise, embedding with business teams in London. You will own the end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to handover, with strong emphasis on architecture, integration and operational excellence.

You’ll lead technical decisions, collaborate with stakeholders and drive MLOps/AIOps, DevOps and governance to ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions in live environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, AI/ML workflow delivery or systems integration with production AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Fabric and SAP Joule.
• Connect AI workflows to enterprise systems via REST APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead as senior technical voice, set engineering standards and guide engineers.
• Plan, test and validate workflows for production readiness and reliability.
