Smartsheet is seeking a senior engineer to lead complex, enterprise-scale AI deployments end-to-end. You will architect multi-agent solutions, own the engagement lifecycle from discovery to production deployment, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires deep production LLM experience, strong Python and TypeScript, and the ability to communicate with CIOs and engineers. Domestic and international travel is expected; UK work eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years production software engineering, with 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technical engagements with customer relationships.
• Deep production LLM experience: multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and deployment at scale.

• Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end: architect, build, validate, and manage customer relationships.
• Own the AI workshop program for your pod, customize modules and translate outputs into production requirements.
• Architect multi-agent solutions and MCP resource packs for personalized intelligence across surfaces.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to deployment kit quality and field learnings.
