Job summary

Smartsheet Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager II for the Developer ecosystem MCP. The role is remote from the UK, reporting to the Director of Product Management, and centers on adoption, tooling, and customer-focused development of MCP capabilities across AI platforms.

You will own the adoption strategy, champion developer personas, and work with engineering to drive go-live plans, pilots, and reference stories that showcase MCP value across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B software.
• Fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling; MCP preferred.
• Strong customer instincts; translate customer needs into product decisions.
• Proven track record driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product.
• Data-driven with defined adoption metrics and post-launch iteration.
• Navigate complex, ambiguous platform spaces across multiple engineering squads.

Responsibilities

• Own MCP adoption strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and tool developers.
• Lead field enablement with demos, playbooks, and documentation.
• Work with MCP engineering lead on go-live and launch plans for capabilities.
• Partner with customers through pilots and proofs of concept.
• Define success metrics with BI and instrument from day one.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams to move capabilities to GA.
• Represent MCP in leadership reviews and external events.
