Job summary

Accenture Song is hiring an AI Delivery Tech Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI systems in a production environment. You will work on CCaaS/AI integration, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures, collaborating with cloud platforms and strategy leads to drive innovation.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong Python experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to clients in a fast-paced consulting setting. London-based with onsite client work.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on engineering with production AI systems.
• Experience building or contributing to RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on with major cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio).
• Experience designing eval frameworks and quality metrics for AI.
• Portfolio of deployed or near-production AI systems in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build agentic experiences to production at enterprise scale.
• Provide technical advisory on AI architecture decisions and delivery approaches.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer platform solutions.
• Contribute to technical standards, governance, and pipeline development.
