Job summary

ARM is seeking a technically skilled professional to deliver hands-on content and labs focused on AI workloads and Arm platforms. You will adapt labs, demos, and setups, troubleshoot across tools and environments, and work with partners to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.

The role involves improving lab assets based on feedback, maintaining high technical quality, and supporting global activities with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments.
• Grounding in AI/ML, compute systems, performance analysis, or related domains.
• Experience delivering or supporting technical content, labs, or demos.
• Understanding AI and systems workflows, including model deployment and profiling.
• Ability to troubleshoot practical technical issues in lab or partner settings.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Good organization and delivery discipline.
• Degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Arm-based platforms, Cortex processors, Neoverse, Linux, Python, containers, cloud environments, or AI frameworks.
• Experience improving labs and technical assets based on feedback.
• Experience supporting technical activity across partners and regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical content, labs, demos, and activities focused on AI workloads and Arm platforms.
• Prepare, test, and adapt labs, setup guides, and demos before delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues across tools, environments, and participant setups.
• Work with specialists, partners, and institutions to clarify delivery requirements.
• Improve labs and readiness checks based on feedback.
• Maintain technical quality across delivered content and activities.
