Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior AI & Compute Systems Engineer, Workforce Development to deliver and enhance technical content, labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads and Arm-based platforms. You will work with experts, partners, and institutions to shape hands-on labs and readiness checks, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of Arm technologies, AI/ML fundamentals, and experience in delivering technical content and partner-facing

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments.
Technical grounding in AI/ML, compute systems, performance analysis, platform software, Arm-based development environments, software enablement, systems engineering, or related domains.
Experience delivering or supporting technical content, applied labs, demos, engineering projects, developer enablement, or partner-facing technical activity.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical content, applied labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads, model deployment, benchmarking, profiling, tooling, performance concepts, compute systems, and Arm-based platforms.
Prepare, test, and adapt labs, setup guides, demos, software environments, and practical exercises before delivery.
Troubleshoot issues across tools, platforms, software environments, lab setup, AI frameworks, and participant setup.
Work with technical specialists, product colleagues, partners, and institutions to clarify setup requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Improve labs, technical assets, setup guidance, and readiness checks based on delivery feedback.
Maintain technical quality across delivered content, labs, demos, and practical activities.
