Job summary

Arm Workforce Development seeks a Senior Embedded & Platform Software Engineer to deliver and improve technical content, labs, and demos focused on embedded systems and Arm-based environments. You'll work with technical specialists and partners to ensure labs run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality assets for global audiences.

This global role involves international travel and hybrid working patterns.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments.
Experience delivering or supporting technical content, labs, demos, or partner-facing activity.
Practical understanding of toolchains, debugging, profiling, and platform bring-up.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences.
Degree in Computer Science, Software or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical content, labs, demos, and practical activities focused on embedded systems and Arm-based environments.
Prepare, test, and adapt labs, setup guides, demos, software stacks, and practical exercises before delivery.
Support tooling, boards, SDKs, development environments, lab setup, and participant setup.
Troubleshoot issues across tools, platforms, software environments, boards, debug workflows, and labs.
Work with technical specialists, product colleagues, partners, and institutions to clarify setup requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Maintain technical quality across delivered content, labs, demos, and practical activities.
Improve labs, technical assets, setup guidance, and readiness checks based on delivery feedback.
