Nearform is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in the UK to design and deploy agentic AI platforms for client environments. You will implement scalable, AI-driven solutions across products, processes and teams, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires significant senior-level experience, strong Python expertise, and hands-on work with LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems. A remote-friendly, flexible, on-site London setup supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience as a Senior Engineer.
• Experience building agentic platforms using Python.
• Experience designing LLM orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Implement multi-agent systems with tooling, memory, and decision-making.
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate agentic platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise apps.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
