Job summary

RMG Talent in London is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to lead production deployments of AI agents and multi-agent systems. Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript, Java or equivalent.
• Proven experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic AI ecosystem (OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, etc.).
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompting and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Strong software architecture, debugging, testing and integration skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

Job Description

RMG Talent is partnering with a global technology services and consulting organisation, that is seeking to onboard a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer specialising in Agentic AI to join their team in London.

This is a hands-on engineering role combining AI development, enterprise software integration and direct customer engagement. You will design, build, integrate and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems into production environments, taking ownership of technical delivery from initial discovery through to enterprise rollout.
