Job summary

EY is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation tools across enterprise environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and build LLМ-based agents with prompt design, grounding and retrieval capabilities.

Experience with Python, TypeScript, and cloud platforms is essential. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, production support for live products and adherence to AI governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI developer or similar role with a project portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Help design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompt design, grounding and retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Test and evaluate agent behaviour including uncertainty handling and non-deterministic outputs.
• Work across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) including lifecycle management.
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs (Graph, REST, SQL, SharePoint).
• Develop cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS; understand AI offerings.
