You will design cloud-native AI solutions, oversee project quality, mentor juniors, and work with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical scope—while upholding enterprise guardrails.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven AI developer/engineer with a portfolio of delivered projects.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript; strong Git/version control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and automation tools across projects.
• Provide technical oversight and QA, mentoring juniors as needed.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and establish engineering standards.
• Translate business problems into technical scope with effort and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and timelines.
