Capgemini UK is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build, and ship agentic AI applications on Microsoft Azure for regulated sectors. You will lead solutions from initial design to live production and ensure ongoing operation.

You will work across diverse domains, mentoring others and driving compliance, guardrails, and governance in production, high-governance contexts, and client environments.

Formación

• Production experience building LLM-based applications on Azure that went live and are supported
• Strong production coding in Python and/or C#/.NET, including APIs and backend services
• Practical depth in retrieval-augmented generation and evaluating groundedness in live systems
• Client-facing delivery experience and ability to explain trade-offs to non-engineers

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and own solutions across full lifecycle from design to production support
• Mentor and pair with less experienced colleagues and collaborate with architects and clients
• Explain technical trade-offs and AI risk to non-technical stakeholders
• Reflect compliance and audit requirements in delivery decisions in regulated environments
