Randstad CPE seeks a Senior Agent for a landmark highways and infrastructure project in Norfolk. You will lead engineering delivery from pre-construction planning to site handover, managing agents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role requires 7+ years of civil/highways experience with at least 3 years in site management; CSCS and SMSTS are essential. Hybrid working applies during design phases, with a comprehensive package on offer.

Competenze

• Experience: 7+ years in civil engineering/highways with 3+ years in site management.
• Contractor background: experience with Principal Contractor environments.
• Technical knowledge: civil engineering principles, contract conditions, temporary works management.
• Qualifications: Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Certifications: CSCS card and SMSTS.

Mansioni

• Champion safety-first culture and quality standards across disciplines.
• Mentor and coordinate a team of Agents, Senior Engineers, and site staff.
• Support early contractor involvement and design collaboration with teams.
• Review RAMS, ITPs, and Temporary Works procedures.
• Monitor project progress, review programmes, track productivity, and control costs.
• Oversee site surveys and resource procurement for delivery.
• Act as Appointed Person (Lifting) and/or Temporary Works Coordinator when required.
