Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Surveyor based in Northallerton. The Senior Agency Surveyor will be responsible for delivering professional commercial property services, including property valuations, lease negotiations, and providing strategic advice to clients. Daily tasks will involve conducting site inspections, preparing detailed reports, advising on property acquisitions and disposals, and liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property valuations and lease negotiations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for preparing detailed reports
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to conduct site inspections and advise on property acquisitions and disposals
• Familiarity with RICS standards and regulations
• Membership in RICS (MRICS/FRICS) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
