Qualifications

• Excellent customer service background essential.
• Experience in aftersales within motor trade preferred.
• Kerridge system experience would be beneficial.
• Keen to progress into a senior supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the dealership and greet them.
• Book vehicles in for service (face-to-face & telephone).
• Upsell where possible and provide progress updates on vehicles.
• Work with Aftersales team to deliver the best customer experience.
