About The Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on, and commercially minded Senior Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to optimise and scale our performance-based partner programme.

You will manage day-to-day affiliate operations, build global strategic relationships, and collaborate across teams to unlock new growth opportunities. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your scope into more strategic and corporate partnerships over time. As the most senior affiliates and partnerships role, you'll report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and have the opportunity to grow and lead a small but mighty partnerships team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you love blending data with creativity, closing high-impact deals, and building relationships that drive measurable value. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and build a channel that really moves the needle.

The salary range for this role is £50k – £65k per annum

Responsibilities

  • Channel ownership: Lead day-to-day operations of our affiliate programme, optimising cashback, coupon, content and influencer partnerships to drive incremental registrations, revenue, and CAC efficiencies
  • Budget management: Own and manage the affiliate marketing budget, including monthly forecasting, spend tracking, and reconciliation to ensure optimal allocation and cost control
  • Partner relationship management: Source, negotiate, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliate and partnership deals from tactical wins to strategic relationships
  • Commercial leadership: Lead commercial discussions and create deal structures that deliver sustainable growth and ROI
  • Platform management: Own our setup and operations within Impact, working with ProdEng and analytics to ensure seamless tracking and performance measurement
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Data, Product, Finance and broader Marketing teams to align discounting / offers, creative, and attribution logic
  • Reporting & insights: Analyse partner-level, market-level, and channel-wide data to surface actionable insights and guide strategic decisions


Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance-based partnership roles in high growth tech businesses, including: Direct experience scaling affiliate programmes via traditional segments like cashback, coupons, and content sites, along with new and emerging segments
  • Experience with influencer marketing or content partnerships on a CPA or hybrid basis
  • Deep understanding of affiliate platforms (including Impact), tracking, attribution, and partner performance optimisation
  • Confident commercial operator: you can pitch, negotiate, and structure deals that drive both brand and performance value
  • Strategic thinker with a “test and learn” mindset and the ability to prioritise high-leverage opportunities
  • Comfortable balancing autonomy and collaboration across functions from technical tracking fixes to creative briefs
  • Data-driven decision maker: you’re fluent in turning performance data into clear actions and partner feedback loops
  • Someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments and knows how to turn a scrappy channel into a scalable one


Nice to haves

  • Exposure to brand partnerships or corporate partnerships (e.g. benefit programmes, co-marketing deals)
  • Background in subscriptions or marketplace models at a global scale
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Mode or Looker
