Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle: design, integration, verification and validation.
• Experience in electrical power systems or safety-critical products is desirable.
• Strong ability to translate needs into clear technical requirements with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering work packages to deliver on schedule, budget and quality.
• Define and manage system requirements with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop system architectures and perform performance analyses and trade studies.
• Oversee subsystem development and ensure requirements flow-down.
• Lead verification, validation and compliance activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and act as the primary customer interface for decisions.
