Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced manager to lead part of our fast-growing Advanced Services organization across EMEA and LATAM. You will recruit, motivate, and mentor a team of Architects who deliver high-value projects with partners and customers in the region, driving consistent, high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to design scalable data management solutions that translate into measurable

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership across Advanced Services in multi-country setups.
• Executive presence and excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Able to travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Architecture delivery team across EMEA/LATAM per standards.
• Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and cross-functional leaders.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements with customers and present Advanced Services capabilities.
• Oversee design architects to ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts/projects in EMEA/LATAM.
• Provide coaching and annual performance reviews to direct reports.
• Lead and implement Advanced Services initiatives across the region.
• Manage CSAT escalations across time zones and languages.
• Provide feedback on the services portfolio to inform new services.
