Everpure seeks an experienced manager to lead the Advanced Services team across EMEA and LATAM, driving high-value projects with partners and customers. You will recruit, mentor, and manage Architects to deliver consistently excellent customer outcomes.

You will partner across functions to design scalable data management solutions, linking technology with measurable business value. This is a multi-country, dynamic role with growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM.
• Experience leading multi-country, multi-language teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage Architecture delivery team across EMEA/LATAM.
• Develop relationships with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements with customers.
• Oversee architects to ensure customer satisfaction across accounts and projects.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Lead and implement Advanced Services initiatives regionally.
• Provide feedback to shape services portfolio.
