Job summary

Everpure seeks an experienced manager to lead a portion of our fast-growing Advanced Services team across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and LATAM. You will build and mentor Architects who scope and deliver complex data management projects with partners and customers, across multiple languages and time zones.

You will partner with Customer Experience, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to design scalable, resilient data solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multi-country Professional/Advanced Services teams.
• Strategic understanding of services sales and business acumen.
• Ability to develop, mentor, and coach high-performing architects and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data management, AI/ML, and multi-cloud environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture delivery team across EMEA/LATAM to standards.
• Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Product, Engineering and cross-functional leaders.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, presenting Advanced Services capabilities to customers.
• Oversee Architects to ensure high customer satisfaction across regions.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Drive regional Advanced Services initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.
• Gather market feedback to influence service portfolio evolution.
