gtd healthcare is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for New Bank Health Centre in Manchester. The role offers a salary range of £58,991 to £71,281 per year, with NHS Pension and yearly salary increments.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and be supported on site by Salaried GPs, Medical Lead, Nurses and Administration Teams. You will work with GP's, Practice Nurse, Pharmacist and Physician Associate, contributing to QoF targets, CQC objectives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Registered professional with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
• V300 Non-Medical Prescriber (gateway dependent).
• Experience as a senior clinician and in leading quality improvement.
• Experience in primary or unscheduled care settings.

Responsabilités

• Assess and examine patients with minor to complex needs.
• Plan and evaluate management; ensure safe discharge or referral.
• Provide information on medications and interactions.
• Lead and develop quality improvement with the team.
• Support learning and signpost to services.
