Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust is hiring a Qualified Registered General Nurse (Band 7) for a fixed-term 12-month role in HMP Manchester. You will lead the Primary Care Team, oversee clinical pathways, and provide training while covering duties as required.

37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with potential flexibility, salary £49,387–£56,515 per annum pro rata. The Senior Practitioner will lead in identified pathways, manage social care line management, and chair complex

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Registered General Nurse with clinical leadership experience.
• Experience in leading clinical pathways and service improvements.
• Experience working in a secure setting.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical pathways within the service specification.
• Manage and evaluate pathways including reception screening, discharge/transfer clinic, and complex cases.
• Infection prevention lead for healthcare including medication administration points.
