Confidential, a leading digital advertising platform, is seeking a Senior Media Sales/Ads Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover in London. This hybrid role targets high-spend enterprise brands and pairs strategic influence with hands-on execution.

You will partner with EMEA CMOs, CFOs and tech founders to turn performance marketing into predictable profit, leading cross-functional teams and shaping joint business plans at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform ad sales, digital holding agency leadership, or high-velocity B2B performance marketing.
• Proven ability to prove incremental uplift rather than last-click attribution.
• Able to operate as a senior individual contributor (L5) with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Translate media data into boardroom metrics for finance leaders.
• Lead internal virtual team of analytical leads and solution engineers.
• Close and scale 7-figure Joint Business Plans.
