Ocorian in Belfast is seeking a Senior Administrator within Investor Services to support a diverse portfolio of international funds from onboarding through to fund closure. You will report to the Manager, Investor Services and work as part of the Global Funds team, delivering accurate administration and high-quality service to clients and investors.

As a Senior Administrator within Investor Services, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of international funds while delivering an exceptional service to clients and investors. Working as part of the Global Funds team in Belfast and reporting to the Manager, Investor Services, you will take ownership of a broad range of investor servicing activities throughout the full fund lifecycle, from investor onboarding and ongoing administration through to fund closure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and building strong relationships with fund managers, directors and other key stakeholders. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the funds, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
