Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.

An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice.

The Role: Senior Administrator

  • Reporting to the Senior Partner, you will oversee all business functions including advisory, business development, paraplanning, and administration, ensuring they are aligned with Practice objectives.
  • You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, as well as meeting and greeting at the office.
  • You will oversee the end-to-end business process, ensuring this is managed and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards.
  • You will coordinate with paraplanners and administrative staff, assigning tasks to ensure all cases are actioned within specific timeframes.
  • You will coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver regular updates to the Partner.
  • You will also be responsible for diary management and client liaison for the Partner.

The Person: Senior Administrator

  • Providing outstanding client service will be of utmost importance, ensuring the seamless process from initial enquiry to advice completion.
  • You may be an SJP experienced Senior Administrator seeking to develop your wealth management experience, or a Practice Manager looking for a new challenge.
  • You will have experience working within an SJP Practice.
  • You will have an understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, with a 'hands-on' approach to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • You have a good understanding of how to add value to the business and experience in managing and developing others.
  • You are fully conversant with Salesforce.
  • You are a confident professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate others, and possess common sense, influencing skills, and enjoy problem-solving.
