Job Description:

Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years experience needed for a Financial Services Company specialising in wealth management, following a merger between two global brands.

As part of a large-scale digital transformation, they seek a Salesforce Admin to assist in implementing a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solution and migrating legacy data to the new system.

  • You will play a crucial role in this transition and provide ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
  • Administering the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
  • Summarising workflows into user stories and gathering requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Customising and configuring Salesforce features such as workflows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Implementing enhancements like custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security through best practices.
  • Providing user support and training, promoting Salesforce adoption.
  • Staying current with Salesforce updates and advising stakeholders on improvements.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator (required) or Platform App Builder (desirable).
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, understanding components like financial modelling, client lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop custom solutions for wealth management needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in aligning Salesforce solutions with financial industry regulations.
