A leading firm is seeking a skilled Client Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio. The role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in UHMW/family office administration and a strong academic background. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team, enhancing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
This role involves managing the administration of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of proactive and attentive service essential for the smooth operation of our clients. Working within a welcoming and supportive team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners. The candidate will use their skills and judgment to further strengthen client relationships within the portfolio and contribute to the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
Ideally, the postholder will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in administering UHMW/family office clients (6 years if at Assistant Manager level), with at least 3 years’ experience managing their own portfolio. A good academic background, with a minimum of a Table 5 qualification, and a willingness to study for a Table 4 qualification are required.
