We're Hiring: Client Relationship Manager (Remote, Part-Time)
Remote | Flexible | UK hours preferred
15–25 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients

Translate client needs into clear actions for internal teams (design, copy, strategy)

Lead regular check-ins, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction

Track performance, flag bottlenecks, and proactively offer solutions

Own timelines, ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with expectations

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

3-5 years of client-facing experience (agency or eComm brand = bonus!)

Excellent communication—professional, clear, and human

A proactive mindset—you chase clarity, not chaos

Basic project coordination skills

Familiarity with Klaviyo, email marketing, or DTC a major plus
