Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to provide co-ordination and business support across Divisional and Cluster offices in the UK. You will act as an interface between Hub Manager, Business Manager and colleagues to ensure efficient administrative delivery.

The role includes managing staff, supporting health and safety compliance, maintaining records and databases, and representing the team in meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support to management teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and records.
• Familiarity with health, safety and data protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business administration systems and databases for operational probation delivery.
• Prepare and collate documentation to support divisional activity.
• Maintain registers and process procurement-related tasks within policy.
• Act as Vetting Contact Point and support travel and purchasing activities.
• Attend meetings to represent the Business Manager and contribute to reporting.
