National Probation Service in the North West is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to coordinate business support for the division and lead administrative staff. The role also acts as the health, safety and fire point of contact for buildings and supports data, safety and reports.

Hybrid working is available where business needs allow, but the position must be worked from within the UK, with standard DBS and nationality checks required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and GCSE English/Maths at grade A-C.
• Experience in wide range of management support activities.
• Ability to deliver a quality service and support colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate division's administration and support.
• Line manage administrative staff and arrange development.
• Maintain health, safety and fire compliance and be a point of contact.
• Develop systems, databases and recording processes.
• Support recruitment, attend meetings and write reports.
