Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in London is inviting applications for a Band 3 Senior Admin Officer to support the London Breast Screening Administrative Hub. The role covers call centre and general administration, reporting to the Office Manager/Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager.

You will work across administration functions, provide cover for colleagues, and ensure NHS Breast Screening Programme guidelines are followed, including weekend and late-evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• To support the London Breast Screening Administrative Hub team with accurate, efficient and timely administration
• To deliver administration for the call centre and liaise with external breast screening services
• To cover for short-term absence and provide cross-functional support as directed by the Office Manager/Team Leaders
